The sale of land will be carried out through a public tender and ordinary processing, evaluating concurrently the bids submitted by the bidding ground. The tenders will be called by announcement in the Official Gazette of the Madrid Region (BOCM). The resolution of the biddings will be communicated directly to the companies, and will be published in the BOCM and in this web.
